𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝘂 𝗧𝗼𝗶𝘁: 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 This beautiful home, situated in the heart of Linkside, overlooking the valley was in for a complete new 'facelift' and that's exactly what we did, in our 31 days on site😃 We gutted the house‼️ ▪️I-beams were installed to create open plan living spaces and to maximize the beautiful view, available to this home, of the valley ▪️ New ceilings installed ▪️ New vinyl flooring installed ▪️The home received a fresh new paint to lighten and brighten the space and optimise light throughout the home. ▪️ 2 x bathrooms upstairs were gutted and redone with a beautiful and modern finish, along with a feature wall ▪️1 x guest bathroom was gutted and redone to match the new modern look of the home ▪️ New feature area was created for the TV room ▪️ New lighting system. ▪️ Staircase was totally overhauled and we added lighting to finish it off. ▪️ New skirting right round the house. ⭐Thank you to Eugene Van Rooyen for the beautiful oak cabinetry work . ⭐Thanks to Kevin Lawson for the awesome design work. ⭐Thank you to my wonderful and hardworking team for doing this project in exactly 31 days. 🧱 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 🧱 We did a full new make-over, on the garage roof by changing it from an IBR flat roof to a tiled A-frame. Just the last of the finishing touches to happen and then this will be complete. Very proud of our team for putting in the hard work and getting this done in 5 days.
